​Our Ingredients are 100% Organic

​

We know that like all good dog parents, you want the best for your dog. So do we. That's why we use only 100% organic ingredients. ​​Most of our ingredients (more than 90%) are certified organic. The remainder are either wild harvested or organically grown. But what does this actually mean?

Certified Organic

​

A certified organic ingredient is one that has been grown and processed without using synthetic chemicals, pesticides, or genetically modified organisms (GMOs). To be "certified," the farm or producer must follow strict organic rules and be regularly checked by an approved certification body. 

If an ingredient is certified organic, it means:

• It was grown naturally, with care for the environment.

• No harmful chemicals or GMOs were used.

• An official certifier has verified it meets organic standards.

Products using certified organic ingredients can show a special label to prove it.

Wild Harvested

A wild-harvested ingredient is one that is gathered directly from its natural environment — like forests, fields, or the ocean — rather than being grown on a farm.

This means:

• It grows naturally without human cultivation.

• No synthetic chemicals, fertilizers, or pesticides are used.

• It’s hand-collected in a way that’s respectful of the environment and sustainable, so it doesn't harm the ecosystem or deplete the resource.

In short, wild-harvested ingredients come straight from nature, just as they are.

Organically Grown

An organically grown ingredient is one that is farmed using natural methods that protect the environment and avoid harmful chemicals.

This means:

• No synthetic pesticides, herbicides, or fertilizers are used.

• No genetically modified organisms (GMOs).

• The soil and farming practices are managed in a way that supports healthy ecosystems and biodiversity.

Organically grown ingredients follow strict standards, even if they aren’t officially certified. They’re cultivated with care for both health and the planet.​​

Zero Synthetic Ingredients
