Processing Time

 

Our balms are made to order, so processing time is 1-3 working days. For wholesale orders processing time varies between 7 and 14 days, depending on order size and stock levels.

 

Estimated Delivery Times

 

Within Australia 2-7 business days, everywhere else 7-21 days.

Please bear in mind that while we will do our best to meet these dispatch estimates, we cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the mail carrier.

Returns and Exchanges

If there is an issue with your product please contact us promptly. If you are unhappy for any reason return the remaining product to us for a refund of the original purchase price (shipping costs are not refundable).
