WHAT’S IN IT?
Olive oil, coconut oil, distilled water, lye, shea butter, oat milk, hemp seed oil, carrot puree, marshmallow root,  calendula, natural glycerin. 
 
HOW DO I USE IT?
Wet the coat thoroughly with warm water. Wet the shampoo bar and massage into coat. If more suds are needed, wet the bar again. Work the suds right through to the scalp for best results. Rinse with fresh water. Repeat if necessary.
